Kindmora respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this waitlist and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, an optional first name, and your permission to receive product and beta updates. We record which wording of that permission you agreed to and when, that you joined as a founding member, and the founding discount reserved for you.

We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate the website, prevent spam, and manage unsubscribe requests, along with basic information about how you found Kindmora, such as a referral source or campaign link.

This waitlist does not ask for medical information, care details, documents, or payment information. There is no field on this site where you could enter them.

Cookies and measurement

There are three categories, and you choose the last two. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Essential

What the page and the waitlist form need in order to work, plus your cookie choice itself, which is stored in your browser and never sent to us. This category also includes Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device. It reports totals such as page views, referring sites, and browser type. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other websites.

Analytics

Off unless you turn it on. Product analytics that help us see which parts of this page people read.

Advertising

Off unless you turn it on. If you allow it, we load Meta’s advertising pixel so we can measure whether our ads work and show ads to people who have visited this page. It is not loaded, and contacts nobody, until you allow it.

When advertising is allowed, the only thing sent is which section of this marketing page you viewed — for example that you reached the waitlist form. We never send your email address, your name, or anything about anyone’s care or health to Meta or to any other advertising or analytics company. If you later switch advertising off, we stop loading the pixel; a script already running in the current tab stays until you reload the page.

How we use your information

• Manage the waitlist.
• Send product updates, previews, and beta invitations.
• Operate and protect the website.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.

You can also contact us if you want your waitlist information corrected or deleted.

The founding discount

Joining the founding waitlist is free and takes no payment details. The discount is recorded against your email address so it can be applied when Kindmora launches. If your waitlist record is deleted, the reserved discount goes with it.
